    Alina Kwak was named Fremont Family Resource Center (FRC) Administrator, effective January 1, 2023.

    Alina joined the FRC Team as Deputy Administrator in November of 2018, where she has taken on a growing number of responsibilities to help to run the division, including the budget and contract administration. She joined the City of Fremont in September of 2013, serving as a Management Analyst II in the Fremont City Manager’s office.

    Alina holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communications from New York University and a dual Master’s in Social Work and Public Administration from Columbia University.
