Consultation has concluded
The Fremont Family Resource Center (FRC) is pleased to present its 2023-2028 Strategic Plan! After completing a thorough planning process, which included input from the community and a diverse group of stakeholders, five Strategic Directions were chosen.
1. Optimizing Client Experience and Outcomes;
2. Catalyzing Collaboration and Teamwork;
3. Igniting Policy Makers’ Commitment to the FRC;
4. Positioning the FRC as an Essential Service Leader; and
5. Securing Financial Stability
As we embark on this first year, we will focus on implementation efforts that are detailed, action-oriented, and time relevant. Such efforts include kicking off our Fremont FRC 25th anniversary social media campaign to strengthen outreach and improve the navigability of the center to help us move towards our strategic directions. The FRC 2023-2028 Strategic Plan is available through the link on this page. We are excited to begin implementing this plan as we continue to serve the community.
